I-765 EAD delay.. Your experience please

Hi,
Myself and my spouse applied for EAD togother
Receipt date : 27th September 2002
I got my approval on Nov. 2nd. My wife hasn't yet got her approval.

I called Vermont service ccenter today. They asked us to check after 30-60 days.

It is already more than 100 days now.

Is there anybody with a similar experience or advice

file another application

is your wife's check cashed by INS and has she got the receipt yet? if no, just put a stop payment on the check and file another application. I did this for my husband.
 
Hi jpny

As you crossed 90 day period, you can walk-in to local INS office and get her an Interim EAD. You don't have to wait on INS to approve the case. Here one of my friend did that.
I planned to do the same when my case was 80 day old. luckily i got my EAD renewal approved just 2 days before the old one expires.
