I 765 CSC Processing Times.

My I 765(EAD) ND is 09/21/2001. From CSC processing time, as of 11/23/01 it says that they are currently processing cases with these Receipt Notice dates: 09/30/01 & 09/28/2001 ( I 765 – 30 day & I 765 –90 day).

From AVM, I still hear the same old message. If they have crossed the ND, why do AVM still contain the same old message?

Secondly, what is the difference between this 30 day & 90 day?

CSC is saying that they will process the cases with rd 09/28 for 765(90)for the next 30 days i.e 12/23. Once the case is approved,then only avm will change ,otherwise same old message.
