On the I-765 question 16, it says Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a. 12 .... I have no idea what to put in the 3 brackets. I am a Canadian Citizen that overstay visit and got married about 3 years ago. Just to give you an idea as to what I should put there.

On I-485, Part 3 B., it says to list husband and children and to give alien #. My husband and son are both US citizens, so should I put there SSN's or just put N/A?

For the first question, there are a bunch of codes in the I-765 document that categorizes the applicant. I am not sure what category you would fall into if you overstayed your visit, better read the pdf that contains instructions for filling I-765

For the second question, just put N/A.

Good luck

If they are naturalized citizens, they would have A#, so list their A#. Otherwise, if they are born citizens, put N/A.
