I-751 with misdemeanor record

Hi there,

I got arrested for prostitution (Not guilty) and got charged for Massage without a license. (Please guilty / convicted) in Feburary, 2009.
I payed fine and my probation is 2 years.

I have to apply I-751 this October and I'm really afraid what it is going to happen.

Do I need attorney to process I-751 or can I do by myself and husband?
Do you guys have any knowledge about my case?

Which state do you live in? Was the recipient of the massage naked? How were you arrested, was this a sting operation or someone complained that in addition to the massage, you gave him/her a piece of the action? How long were you running this operation? You used the term, prostitution in your post, which is a very serious crime of moral turpitude in the US. The fact that the prosecutor got you on probation for this alleged prostitution is in itself damaging to your immigration status. So, I think you have problems the size of the state of Rhode Island.

1. I live in California.
2. he was not naked.
3. he was under cop.
4. 2 days and i didn't use any term in my post.

Can you advise me more, please?
