I filed for I-751 jointly with my wife in December of 2001. I received my Noctice of Action on 12/28/2001 stating my green card has been extended for one while this case is process. After that I have not received anything from VSC until 3 days ago I received another Notice of Action stating my green card has been extended for another year and it could take upto 330 days to process this case. Can anyone tell me what is going on with VSC and why they taking so long to process these cases. Thanks
 
yes - we are all in the same boat I am afraid. I applied in July 2002 and I have just received a 2nd notice saying that my green card has been extended another 1 yr.

Dont worry - you are not alone !!
