I filed my wife's 751 in May 2012, we had the fingerprinting done in July and online status was showing no receipt found. I went through a lawyer and all of a sudden she sent an email that online status says card was mailed on Januray 4th, we didnt receive card or approval letter, and I told her and she said they will followup with USCIS, when they called 1800 number, USCIS agent says that it is still under processing and they are still processing march cases and they havent even looked at my wife's case and the webiste status is wrong. THey were just telling what USCIS processing times say on website; what do we need to do? I Have seen someone got approved on June also, they update website once a month but still vermont center shows that last update was from november 30th. When I check the status online I still get the same message, receipt number not found....not sure where the lawyers check the status? Lawyer is saying wait for two more months; and her conditional status is expiring in may.
