Hello everyone,

I am applying for the I 751 removal form next year;

Me and my wife have been interviewed twice for the

AOS in the first place, or, in other words, we have been through

the "Stoke Interview";

My lawyer said there is a remote chance they might call us in for

another interview: have you heard anything like that?

Do you know people that have been interviewed for the Removal???

THANK YOU !

I appreciate your cooperation;

Hi Roberto,
First of all, chill out. Chances that USCIS will schedule an interview for
I-751 are very slim to non-existent... However, it did happen to a few people. In other words it's not uncommon, but very unlikely to happen. I'd say it's one in a thousand chance that they will do something like that. Removal of conditions is just another bloody formality USCIS came up with in order to charge you $205.
Don't worry and think positive - you'll be all right. :)

An expert, if I may call myself that : ) I went trough the whole I-751 ordeal as well... I've been wating for my approval for a year, and while I was wating I have gathered a lot of info regarding the subject.
By the way, here's a great forum for I-751: www.britishexpats.com/forum
click under marriage based visas - you can find a lot of info there... Hope it helps : )
Best of luck with your application.

Hi:

Interviews for I751 are scarce. But certainly possible. Sometimes files are sent to a district office for interview if the service center director does not approve it on its face. A certain amount is also sent randomly for control.

Chances are low ---- do not concern yourself over this. File, wait, relax and if you are called to interview, then interview. That's just the nature of the beast.

thanks

Thanks 4 yr advice;

Even if Another lawyer on a different web site very similar to this
replyed to me like this:

"""" Yes, it is very likely that you will be called in for the inteview in connection with the I-751 application """"

I ll try to "relax"........

bye
