We'r getting to file I-751: We have car insurance, car's titles, utilities bills, joint checking accounts (just like we did 2 years ago) both on our our names, taxes that we filed together after we were married and given the conditional green card.
We used to file the lease that has our names together; however I bought a house after the conditional GC, but my wife's name is not on the mortgage due to credit issues from her student loans - would this cause any red flags provided with the docs above that we will be sending? Should we go for quit claim? We are living in a "community property state."
After reading this, it seems a little bit risky -
