I am a US Citizen and filed the I-751 for my wife back in June 2006. I recieved the NOA in July, however today I just recieved a Notice of Action: Request for Evidence. It says that I need to submit financials, etc, however I already sent some of those things with my I-751.

I sent the following evidence along with the I-751:

1. 2004 Joint Tax return (I dont have my 2005 done yet)
2. Bank Account Printout from the bank showing me and my wife on the account
3. Two airline confirmation printouts showing me and my wife travelling together on trips
4. GC Copies, and passport pics of my wife.

I thought that would be enough, however I guess its not. We live with my parents so I dont have a mortgage. What should I send this time?? Should I sent all of the info again? Would pictures of vacations, etc help? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you saying the letter stated Exactly that "submit financials" ?

If it is asking for Joint owner ship of assets and liabilities or Joint Account proof (as I-751 iinstructions State) send joint utility Bills, Joint Cell phone accounts, bank statements, Lease agreeents, Financial records. Also Have your parents write an affidavit or statement of your relationship with your spouse from their point of view, Have them sign & Date it.
Re-Read the I-751 instructions.

I would also send transcripts of the past 3 Years TAx returns, a letter from Employer verifying employment & A statement of your bank account from your financial Institution. As well as a copy of anything you previously sent. One last note Get your 2005 taxes done! If you owe for 2005 you dont' have to have the momney upfront to do your taxes, just file and if you owe set up a payment plan, FILE ASAP you need to have that taken car eof before interview!

I have already sent some of these items, but I do not have a house, I live with my parents, so I cannot show anything like mortgage papers, electricy bills, loan papers (I dont have any). What else should I send? Also if I have already sent some of the items above, should I send them again?
