I-751 NOA and Divorce

Hi I filed for my I-751 on May 10th

On August 8th it went to Card Production Ordered Status
Today August 12th it says Approval Notice Sent

Does this mean I have my 10 year GC. Things are not going well with my spouse and in a week or so a divorce will be filed. How does this affect me if I don't receive my card? I am just hoping its coming soon

You are a free man. You divorce being final isn't going to affect your status. congrats...:D
 
That's a relief thanks for replying. The divorce hasn't started yet but I am tired of being physically and emotionally abused by my wife. It takes 6 months after that in California for the divorce to be finalized. Just having my card makes me feel more safer I guess but living like this is traumatizing at the moment.
