I-751 missing after fingerprints complete

Wish all a happy new year :)

I have a strange situation. I applied for my I-751 back in Sep and had my fingerprints done in Oct (2009). A couple of weeks ago, I went to check on my app status online and it indicated app not found. I figured the USCIS system was down and didnt worry about it. I went in again today and it said the same thing. It doesnt find my application and repeatedly asks me to enter valid receipt info.

Is there a trick on how to enter the receipt # ? or to track these
I tried calling the USCIS # but it doesnt let me get through to an operator..

I wondering if it is a system glitch also. I have never been able to see my cases online. I do know there had been some talk about the case status system not being updated correctly.

You will have no luck getting through today or tomorrow on the 800 number to an operator. They are only there 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The way that I get through the system to an operator is to chose case status, then the option that there is a problem with the case.
 
a missing application isn't just a simple issue, something like that should make you JUMP!

i TRULY hope it's a temporary system glitch. If it doesnt show you a proper status after calling USCIS on monday morning, INFOPASS IT!!
 
Did you type the right #? look at your FP appointment #, most likely is not the same as the original receipt #. type the former.
