I-751 missed biometric appointment!!!

Hi,

I never received my biometric notice letter fingerprint in the mail. I called the 1800 number and they told me that I had an appointment scheduled on May 6th, and apparently I missed it since I didn't receive anything from them. So, they put a service request in for me....they said I would receive a letter from USCIS about this...but it has been 3 weeks since and I still don't receive anything...

I plan to have an Infopass next Thursday, but I just want to see if anybody in here were in the same boat with me...

How long will I take for me to receive the new biometric letter? And at least when should I expect the biometric appointment date? With this kind of thing, will it affect/delay my I-751's process? And since I'm most worried about the fact that I didn't receive anything from USCIS and I'm so afraid that mails can just keep being lost, can I do a walk-in without the actual appointment letter?

I'll appreciate any valuable inputs,

This is not a big deal...I know my wife missed the BioMatrix at the time of the citizenship...we called the 1-800 # and we received the rescheduled appointment...Did u get the correct receipt notice at the same address?...u can take an infopass appointment and visit your local DO...u can also try and call the 1-800 # again to check if they were able to reschedule the Biomatrix....
 
the thing is I didn't receive the receipt notice either..I called them and was confirmed the address was correct, nothing was wrong with it...I already got the passport stamp, now I'm just waiting for the biometric letter which I have no clue if I'm gonna be able to receive ...

Ya, please keep track of the appointment date but if you missed you still can make it.
My wife forgot her appointment date which was yesterday so we googled and searched solutions.
As tapskap stated, you can call in but we went to the branch office first thing in the next morning and walked in.
No problem, she had finger print within an hour or so...
I also sent my application the day my wife sent but I never received my I-751 appointment. I was a bit nervous about if my appointment letter got lost.
Since I walked in with my wife, I approached to a manager and asked if my appointment date is set.
My FG date was set on 3 weeks from today but the manager let me FG done today.
We have FG done in 1.5 hours walk in.
It was Los Angeles Chatsworth branch.
Loved staffs and facility.
"If you missed FG date, don't panic! just walk in as soon as you can."
