I 751 - Letter of reference +technical question

Hello,

I am applying on 2007 for the removals of the conditions;
I wonder if the letter of reference I have to submit has to be
fully handwritten or simply typed and signed by the writer.
Does anyone know?

I also have doubts about how to organize the paperwork (over 200 pages);
Can I submit a folder (a big one actually divided by titled sections ) or just
a regular smaller binder?

I know this questions sounds silly, but for me it's not;

Any suggestion would be appreciate;

I would suggest that the person providing the letter type it. But this is just a suggestion. Keep it neat and tidy. The more clear and obvious things are, it makes the USCIS personnel's job easier. You can provide all the documents in order and assemble in a folder if you want. You can find more details on assembling a package on USCIS webpage.
