Hello everybody.
i filled my 1-751 in november of 2008 to VSC and they asked me for more evidences. i sent all evidences they requested, so they send me to an interview in my local country, but in the interview, the lady aske more than 30 question in a one and 20 minute inquisitive interrogatory. After that nightmare, she called my wife to interview, but there was an error in apreciation that day. she asked me if i know her mama and i say i do not have the chance yet ( only by picture), but muy wife say yes, for a ocassion i went to a place in PR an she was there. the worst thing is that my wife think i saw her moma and it wasn't. that why she say yes he knows her. what a discrepancy !!! the inmigration officer was so inquisitive with me and did not take my GC and did not stamped my passport. she call me to fill an aplication ( 1- 485???) where i palced my fingerprint and signed in.
I need advice, i know i need a lawyer , but does anybody have experience in this?
That means she going to denied my I-751? if yes what a chance do i have?
( in almost 45 question one discrepancy, that is unfair) What do i have to do next???
