we got our interview on August 2006, all when fine
got my GC, and in may 2008 we decided to try to remove de conditions by ourselves no using the lawyer this time . looked easy .
We have send so much information, i don't understand how they ask for more information and also saying please do not resend . we don't have much more .
new im only have our 2008 Taxes jointly (last time we filled separately, bcs i was late filling my business taxes). and the RENEW of our lease on both name.
what we send with the i-751 was

we are thinking to go to a lawyer so this time he can help to send the information, but also we hesitate in spending money on this simple stuff, that should be straight forward.
it is common to get RFE,??? asking from more information SINCE the beginning of the marriage (I already gave this information on the interview), info about childs, we dont have childs, lease ( we already send them),
Bank account, we have only one join bank account, but we dont use it, so there is not transactions there, I always use my company credit card, and my wife use her card where she received her pay checks.
only car insurance jointly, but we already send that .
Should I explain in the letter, why we didn't file taxes jointly before? why the first lease on 2006 was only on my name? , or just send what i have?
