. Me and wife need to file the I-751 petition this month( I am a citizen and we've got married 2 years ago overseas). We've got the marriage certificate and some pictures from our wedding cerimony, that's all, but don't have any bills, mortgage or lease paid jointly or othe docs. Would this be enogh to convince INS? if not what else can I do?
On the other hand I am getting a job overseas and need to leave US, I know that my wife will get one year extention after we filled the I-751 petition. So, can she come with me? and for how long can she stay out of US?
