Confusion.
I have read that thread and im not sure if that news is going to positive or negative.If we think about it would mean that the volume of cases at CSC is going to ne higher because of the transfers leading to slower processings times and what about our RD will it stay the same or will i be waiting an extra 9 months on top of of July 31st 2008 RD.

If this is true then everyone who has been waiting for approval should be getting a Notice about their cases being transferred to CSC. I have read in some of the posts here that TSC people receiving notice when their cases were transferred over to VSC. Do you guys think VSC will notify us if they do transfer cases to CSC? may be ..or may be not..anything is possible.

Vermont Service center has been incapable for years to do its job and its incompetency is well known by all of us who keep on seeing people at the CSC approved in less than 4 months time personally its annoying me so i really dont care if people in csc have to wait longer all i know is 6 months has gone on my case an dim quite sure soon people who have begun to file in January 20009 at CSC will be approved before myself.So for everyone who has to wait its some justice some action better than consistent inertia at Vermont.I hope that we all have our cases transferred and that it speeds up the processing time and i hope that it is done professionally that no cases are lost even if RFE are necessary thats my 2 cents guys.

Issue.
I am glad VSC has started working on April cases.Im going to try to not concentrate on any approvals from CSC anytime i do it makes me boiling mad.Its like according to CSC standards i would have been approved twice by now.

hey chucky thats good that your case is transferred to california. I filed last june but until now i didnt hear anything from them after the last update 8/01/08 thats the last touch in my case. I dont know what's going on but it is sucks,.....

I dont know if having a senatorial enquiry at 9 months of waiting is going to help with Vermont.If you call the 1 800 number and inquire about your case.They act like you are diservicing them by asking.And they will tell you that you are not outside of the processing dates,i am 1 month behind you so good luck

OMG!!!!!!!!!! I can't tell you guys how excited i just I got approval by email!!!!!!!!!! Please nobody give up VSC is working, FINALLY.
Here's my timeline:
I-751 removal conditions :

- Biometrics appointment May 5/28/08
- waiting time....
- changed address 1/02/09
- LUD 01/05/09
- no further touches...
- 03/03/09 CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i send email to senator webb but i didnt get any reply from him. but my husband send email to one of the congressman and he got my approval to look into my case i just mailed him yesterday all the docs i got from USCIS i just hope it will speed up my case coz am leaving the country next month.
