Hi guys. We will be filing my wife's I-751 next month and we will be submitting the below as proof. IS this good enough or what else should we consider submitting?

• Copy of Passport stamps showing our overseas trips
• Copy of Passport showing wife's married last name and current address
• Birth Certificates
• Marriage Certificate
• Federal Income Tax Returns for the Last 3 years
• Copy of Green Card (Front & Back) (Shows married last name and current address)
• Drivers License showing current address and married last name
• SSN Card showing married last name
• 401k with beneficiary information
• Life insurance with beneficiary information
• Health Insurance Information (Visions & Dental joint)
• Bank Statements
• Joint Credit Card Bills
• Car Insurance (Joint)
• Parent Affidavit stating Joint Family Environment (No rent or Mortgage for this reason)
• Photo Albums From Trips (Pre-Marriage, Marriage, Post-Marriage)
• Trip Itineraries
• Joint Cell Phone Account
• GOVT Security Clearance Paperwork Showing Wife as spouse

If this is all the evidence you have, then there's nothing more you can do. And if there's more evidence, why don't you go ahead and simply provide it?

It seems good enough especially with all the joint financial stuff, but if you have more evidence, why don't you simply go ahead and provide it? In my opinion, there's never such thing as "enough evidence" for I-751.

Think about it this way; say you're taking an exam and you want to make an A. And the A grade is above 90%. So you keep working on the exam until you're at 90%. Is there any reason why you wanna stop? might as well finish the exam :) I know my analogy isnt that great but i guess you get my point.
