does anyone can help me to see if there is any sample of letter that i can write to the uscis to explian why i didn't file i-751 ontime-i'm late 1year _

Anyhow, I'd suggest to simply explain your reasons in the letter. Be very apologetic and courteous. If you feel you have a valid excuse, attach evidences of that excuse.
