According to the INS site the Vermont Center is now processing application filed in Sep 2005.
Has anybody gotten an approval, letter or interview appointment from Vermont lately? If so, when did you file your I-751.
My marriage is falling apart and I'd like to go ahead with divorce. I am aware that this is a very sensitive time since I-751 is still pending.

We have een married for 4,5 years and have no children. I have visited a lawyer lately and he told me that you always get called for an interview if you don't have children. Is that correct? We have been together for almost 6 years but the last two has been very difficult.
