1. I-751 filed 2 weeks, still not receive the receipt or case number, what should I do?
2. Does mailman have the rights to return the mail if he thought I am not living here since most of time I am traveling?

Thank you very much,

You cannot do anything (I mean contact INS) until more then 30 days passes since you filed. But you can check with your bank to see if your check was cashed and if yes then when. Receipt usually follows within a week.

Yes they can do that, but only if you have forwarding instructions for your mail.
If you address is active, then they will put INS letter in your mailbox.

Thank you very much,
