I-751 expires soon, what should I do??

I am a medical student currently studying outside USA and my one year extension of I-751 expires soon (in July 2009). I visit usa over every break and my next visit will be in April. I dont think I will be able to come back in the middle of my semester unless I really have to. What should I do in order for me to extend my I-751 more so I dont get locked out of US ..?? can I go to embassy and ask them for a letter or something??

No. You need to go to the USA, make an infopass to your local District Office and get an i-551 stamp... I sure hope you have a re-entry permit with you... It looks like you are not RESIDING in the USA.
