I got married to a USC in early January and got my conditional green card in May of this year. Unfortunately, our marriage is not working and we will be finalizing our divorce in the next 3-4 months. I wanted to know if the evidence I have is sufficient to prove bona-fide marriage. I am still on talking terms with my spouse and need to know if I require anything form her as well. Following is the evidence I have:
- Joint house rental agreement
- Joint bank statements
- Joint credit card statements
- Joint auto insurance
- Joint renter’s insurance
- Medical/dental/vision insurance from my job showing my spouse as dependent
- Life insurance showing my spouse as beneficiary
- Joint phone bill
- Letter from marriage counceller we have been going to
- Affidavits from my spouse's mother and brother
- Photos of us together and with my spouse's family
- Different utility bills in our individual names but showing same address
Also, do I have to send every bank statement, credit card statement etc from the time we were married or only the latest one will do? Is there anything else I need or require from my spouse at this time before our divorce is finalized? Thanks for your feedback.
