I-751 delays @VSC

I-751 filed 12-22-01

Online & phone system says case status NOT found - any cause for concern? My attorney seems clueless.
I'd Congressman's office contact in 10-02 & INS said just usual backlog. Now their priority dt = 1/07/02 so perhaps VSC is looking at it finally? VSC seems 6 mo's behind other SC's on I-751?
Anyone know why?

Well - i'm told i can proceed to apply for N400 even without I-751? Is that true? Can you get Nat without permanent GC?

Re N400 - does anyone know if a driving ticket with 2 points [got it last wk] needs to be reported?

Can i get file transferred to Cherry hill if i move to mercer county in nj from newark dist?

your n-400 will not be finalized until i-751 decided. you do not have to report traffic ticket...i-751 is at vsc..does not need to be transferred to cherry hill... can file n-400 at cherry hill...i think it goes to local office..right

I believe that you do have to report traffic tickets. I had done so for my Naturalization. The explanation ( outcome ) should be -PAID FINE.

You do not want the N-400 to be denied for excluding material facts in the current climate.

If you move to mercer county, just keep sending them the COA and let them transfer the if they think so. Come on, from Mercer county you can go to Newark as well Cherry Hill. Sometimes change of district office can cause you months of delays.
