I-751 Cover Page?

Do I need a cover page for my I-751 form that describes all the Evidence of Relationship documentation I am attaching? I can't find the requirement anywhere.

Also, does the forum Search function work... I tried searching for I-751 and go NO matches... I know there are matches!

Hi MyMystery,

I believe there is no requirement as such for a cover letter. People use cover letters as its a good practice for applications, so that when the officer takes a look at it, s/he knows what the application is for, and what you have submitted along with it. It is not a "MUST".

Regarding searching the form, if you enter "I751" in the search box, you should find some hits, as I did
