I sent in my I-751 on the 22nd of June. This was the date it was recieved by USCIS - Vermont. Its the 12th of July and my check has not yet been cashed. What could be the delay? How long should this take?
Second issue I have is, I am currently in MN. On my I-751 I used my MN address and mailing address as NY. (Since I will be moving back to NY) Also on my GC the address is NY. Would this be an issue? Once I am in NY can I also change my residential address to that of NY's?
My concern is (a) My check is not yet cashed and my card expires on the 30th of August and (b) My residential address should not create any issues and they should not send it back to Omaha, NB service center.
If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
