I filed my 751 back in june and got by biometrics and everything in Jul. My case status was working perfectly fine online. Now when i try to go online to see the status it does not recognize my receipt no.>? i tried to retrieve my log in info by clicking on forgot user name ,and its supposed to send my user name to my email , and this is not working either. Is there something wrong with the web site? is anyone else having the same issue? please share.
