When I had an interview for my first GC back in October, 2010, I received a document from the interviewing officer. This document mentions that I am required to file I-751 between July 28, 2012 and October 28, 2012. My current conditional GC will expire October 28, 2012. If I count correctly, July 28, 2012 is not exactly 90 days before but 92 days before.
I should probably wait till July 30, 2012 to send my I-751. But I just want to clarify what would happen if I send my I-751 as described in the document which is July 28, 2012. Would USCIS discard my I-751 if my I-751 arrives 2 days earlier than the actual 90 day period?
