Would you please let me know what steps I will have to go through to get my derivative status as an asylee. My wife just filed I-730 on my behalf and I am here in the States. Am I gonna be called for an interview and have my fingerprints taken? If I do, I wonder how long I have to wait to do that. Also, once my application is approved, will my approval date be the same as on my wife's I-94 or I will have my own approval date separate from my wife's? Thanks a lot.
