I-730 sent to ICE- anybody in my situation?

After One Year And A Half Of Waiting They Moved My I-730 From Nebraska To A Local Office In Sacramento. Know After Another Year And A Half, Thru A Congessman They Answer My Inquery And They Told Me That My File Along With Several Hundreds Are Under Ice Investigation. Anybody In My Situation? I APPLIED FOR MY I-730 ON SEPTEMBER 2002, AND I'M STILL WAITING.
 
I've never heard of that! What does Ice investigation mean? I am sorry your process is going well.
I submitted I-730 in September 2004 and in June 2005 it was approved. I don't know what happened with your application! I think you should insist and find out what's happening. Keep calling local office and BCIS info line.
