Hello...
In April of 2008 my father (the petitioner) applied for the I730 Relative Petition for me. In November of 2008 I received a notice for biometrics. Now in April of 2009 I received a "Transfer Notice". My case was filed in Texas and I live in NJ. Now it says that they transferred my case to Newark, NJ. Is that good or bad? It says...."This is to advice you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to this following USCIS office for processing.."
Has this happened to anyone else???
Also...I've read in other posts here suggestions about contacting state congressman or senator. Who specifically should I call? I was thinking about doing this because...my case has been delayed for many many years because of many lawyer mistakes.
