HI,

I had reminded NSC to know the latest position of I-730 pertaining to my son.
NSC has replied today that I-730 is with an officer now.

Can someone comment on this reply? What does it mean? Is it close to adjudication or otherwise?

Thanks

When did you file for your son?

Yes. When a case is currently with an officer means it is been reviewed to determine a decision (adjudication). However, if all evidences were not included or a questions arise during adjudication then the reviewing officer may request for additional information. It is on a case by case basis.
