Hi,

My husband and me got medical checkup and the sealed covers from the doctor.But the covers which we sent to the attorney are missing. The doctor says he can give only a duplicate copy. Is it OK to submit a duplicate medical report to USCIS?? Or we need to get the medical done again??

I was told if some tests like TB etc is already done and if we do 2nd time it may come positive? Please advise.

I would recommand you to do re-exam and let attorney pay the cost (or deduct the amount when you/employer pay(s) his/her bill).
