I think I am struggling with the I-693.
I-693, Part2 Section 5-
The civil surgeon had checked Varicella and OPV as 'not age appropriate' and for RESULTS: she checked both
1. 'Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s)' and also checked
2. 'Vaccine history is complete for each vaccine'

CDC says 'only one appropriate box under "Results" must be checked.'
Can any one please let me know if having both options checked will create an RFE, initially she had only checked 'Vaccine history is complete for each vaccine' however I pointed her since we also had 'Not Age Appropriate' she had to check the 1st option which is 'Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver' and hence she checked both options now.
Kindly suggest!
We are filing in 3 days, hence any suggestion I can go back to surgeon and point her to right direction, do let me know
