I-693 Medical form, signed the wrong form

Hi all..I signed my wife's I-693 form and my Wife signed my I-693 form by mistake, and were mailed to INS in sealed envelop along with I-485 last year. I realized it yesterday only when I requested a copy from the doctor's office.

Am I going to be in problem? What INS may do? Thanks for your input.
