I-693 (Medical Exam) - 87 days to respond

We received the request for submitting the medical examination form (I-693) in 87 days. Unfortunately the doctor's office closed early today. I will get the papers next week and send the papers on the 87th (or 88th ) day. So, the documents should get there 3 days late. Is that okay? Or will they ask to refile?

If they accept this medical examination, how much longer for EAD to arrive?

They gave a P.O. Box to respond, so I guess I cannot FedEx?
