I-693 do I need to submit it along with my I-485?

Hey Everyone, I am getting conflicting information about when I need to submit my I-693- Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status form. Since I live in Arizona and I will take over a year to get my interview do I still submit this form now along with my I-485 forms or do I submit it later or at my interview?

YES YOU NEED TO SUBMIT IT WITH YOUR I485. IF YOU DON'T THEN YOU WILL GET A RFE WHICH WILL DEPAY YOUR CASE. DON'T GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT. JUST GET IT DONE.

If you read the instructions of the AOS packet, it says clearly "you need to submit".
