Hi,
Can someone help me how I can find a Local/State Health officer to sign on I-601 form. I am in Fremont, California.
My details are as follows. I am a green card holder from India. I filed for my wife 5 years back. Now my wife priority date came and she was scheduled for Interview. In the medical exam, we found she has TB. Her X-Ray shows TB scar but the skin test was negative. Her interview is in a week. I plan to keep the waiver ready as I have a feeling she will be denied visa due to health condition. I already got physician signature on I-601 but last few days am unable to find any State/Local health officer.
Appreciate if someone can guide me to find one.
