I-551 stamp is expiring on the passport?

Hello All:

My I-551 stamp on the passport is expiring in a month. I E-filed I-90 for not receiving the card. As per the confirmation receipt i called the National Customer service center to take the appointment at the local office. I got the appointment in the local office.

Is any one been to Newark, NJ local application support center?

What documents i need to carry over there?

Will i get the stamp again on the passport there?(because my Drivers license also expiring, if they didn't put the stamp on the passport i will not be able to get my drivers license, MV gave me for one year)


Any input is appreciated.

My friend went to newark last year to re-new GC stamp as it was expiring like yours. He took the copy of approval and passport. He said he never showed the copy of approval notice. They took the PP, and stamped it only for 2months, and said that he will receive the card in 30 days. He got his card in less than 2 weeks.

You should not any issue at all as you have the stamp already.
