I was told when you go to PP stamp. IIO will mail your original I-94 and your photos to TEXAS center to order the card, but I lost my original I-94, is it a problem when I go to stamp? I do have the copy of I-94. Thanks in advance. I do not know why TEXAS still need I-94?

Not sure about photocopy. You can try. Technically when you loose I-94 you should order immediately a replacement I-94, because I-94 is THE document for your proof of status in USA.

Because that's your ONLY proof of status (even if that expired after I-485 receipt date).
Just submit all the EAD and AP's what ever doc's U have before they ask.
If they asked I94 then tell them I could not find in the documents, say I think I lost and have the copy of that if needed.
I don't think they will check every thing just take and stapple it to your applicaiton. Once your passport stampped there is no problem.
