Hello everyone, excuse me with form I-539, they extended my i-94 until 2025 and my visa is already expired, can I leave the country? Do I have to present any special paper? Is there a chance that CBP will deny me access when I return on my expired visa?

You can always leave the US. To re-enter the US, you will need a valid visa. The fact that your status was extended during your previous stay is irrelevant to your new entry. (With the exception that it's possible to return on a valid I-94 and expired visa using Automatic Revalidation after a trip of less than 30 days to Canada or Mexico.)
