Need some clarification if anyone can help. Can't find the details in the details.

1) Does the $200 fee cover ALL TD dependents, including children ?

2) Does the $70 fingerprint fee cover all TD dependents, or is it $70 per TD dependent ? (say $210 for 3 people)???
