I need help with the following 3 questions. Sorry, if there is any confusion in my previous posts.
1.) I am laid off and my H1 status will end on Nov.30th, school will start on Jan19th. Will I be in legal status btw the receipt of COS to USCIS till start date of school.
2.) I'm going to file I-539 form for converting from H1B to f1 status. I have a MS in civil engg. and have been working in the same field(civil engg.). Now, I applied for MS in computer science and am a bit skeptical if USCIS will reject my I-539 for this reason.
Please suggest me if I can go ahead and apply for MS in computer science.
3.) Is there a premium/fast processing option available for COS using I-539?
