Hi,
I received my receipt notice for I539 change of status from H1 to F1 on April 10. My case was filed at CSC. Per the most recent bulletin from CSC, they were processing I539s dated April 16. My USCIS account still shows a LUD of 4/13.
My I20 start date is 8/15. I have a complete graduate fellowship for my PhD...Is there a way I can expedite this process in order that I can get the visa changed before the 120 date? or do I have to wait for that 30-day period...that would be late...I am confused...
Any feedback is much appreciated.
