I applied for extension for my mother-in-law and I goofed up in the check amount. I sent in $195 instead of 200. I haven't got my app back yet and my m-i-l's stay expires jan 3rd. can i e-file and wait for my app to be sent back to me and again re-send my docs or is there any other way ?!! the problem is, the original i-94 is with the doc pkg. i sent the apps to Nebraska center.
any advice will be greatly appreciated.
