I filed my i140/i485 for my self and wife , 2 kids on EB2 before SEP-26-2005.

i and my wife got i485 notice date on 28-sep-2005.

after 10 days i got a letter from ins stating that , i did not signed for my 2 kids i-485 applications .

so send the all papers back to me.

then i signed and send back to ins on oct-15-2005.

now i got a letter(nov-3-2005). they canot accept my 2kids i-485 and AP applications bcoz i dont have the visa numbers and i did not submited in time that is sep-30-2005.

what i have to do, they accepted my i-485 why they not accepting my kids -i-485.

can any one pls help me in this situation

My situation is similar but reverse. I signed the aplication for my 14 year old son USCIS has sent back the application telling that my son need to sign.
Did you resend the application for the kids explaining the situation?
