I spoke with an IIO on 31st December and was told that my case has been assigned to an officer and should be adjudicated within 30 to 45 days. When my wife call 2 weeks later, she was told that it should be adjudicated in 15 days. Has anyone else heard the same thing from the IIOs?

Hi, This seems reasonable and follows a pattern at Texas. I'm seeing 15 month times for FP and 17-18 month times for approval. God bless all of us. I don't see why the IIO's should lie in matters like this.

I spoke to IIO. Case returned to officer on Dec. 21st (after RFE).They would not estimate approval time though. 30-45 days would be nices, as that would be the next few weeks
