Can someone confirm that we still have to prove to USCIS one year stay in the US when applying for I- 485 (pay stubs, rent, utility bills)? Could not find any information in new directions. Thanks a lot.

Yes, you do. You can use any of the above documents. Also, folks on this forum have been known to obtain sworn affidavits from US citizens that you have been here for one year but it is not necessary to do that nor is it required.
