After 180 days of I 485, know that acording to new rule ,we can change the
company. But the question is, if I change my sponsor company after 180 days of I 485, could they cancel my I 140.

Any help is appreciated

yes...that\'s still up in the air.

No protection for 140 yet. Hopefully this will be clarified in final regulations.

What are you talking about? Nothing like it.If its been 180 days after filing 485, one can change employer and job with same or similar job classification and the sponsor employer cant revoke i140.

Really...

If the employer really revokes 140 then who is going to rescue.

It\'s going to be a big mess and your company lawyer is not going to help you.

May be I am wrong here. This is just my view.
