Here i have question about my grandmother.
My father is US citizen and my Grandmonther is carring 10yr multi, Visa to travel US. Now we are thinking to apply for her so she can be with us. We were wondering which is the best way to bring her back to US with us.
1> Should we apply here while she is in USA as visiter so she do not have to
go back. What I mean that apply I-485 ...
2> Not sure but my father can go to India and stay there for 60 days and file
at New Delhi.

Please guys we need help asap. Because my grandmonther will be here preety soon.
Any help is welcome.

Which ever is most convinient for your father and grandmother. Both way it is pretty fast and safe.

Hi Thank you for your reply
I have question about filling in US while my Grandmonther is in US as Visitor
Actually, I dont know which form should i need to send first.
I do know that i have Fill out I-130 and I-485 and if she need to go visite out side of USA then i need to file Advance payrol.
So 1> first i file I-130 and wait for Recipt and then file I-485
or, i file both together.
I read instruction on I-485 that prof of I-130 accepted and also need to send Medical report with I-485. So what i need to do to get medical report.
I m kind of confused. Please help me if any one know the perticular procedure to file for Parents,While they are in USA as Visitor.
